Jessica St. John

First things first:: Houston is more than big hair and cowboy boots (and yes, we don't have any state income tax)...

Over the last few years, Houston has become a top-tier urban city, with an array of "foodie-approved" restaurants, world-class shopping, parks and trails (and of course, Central Market)--Houston is truly an incredible city to live in.

Many people relocating to Houston want to "test the waters" (a.k.a. make sure they can survive the summer heat) so they opt to rent for the first year, then ultimately purchase.

As a REALTOR, I enjoy assisting clients in leasing or purchasing lofts, town homes, condos, houses, and apartments in the Inner Loop and Galleria areas. I think it is important to look at the varying neighborhoods, so I make sure that I take all of my clients on a personalized tour of the areas. I also like to work closely throughout the renting or buying process to make sure that every question is answered, and the renter/buyer is completely happy with their new place.
